No. The 30-day trial activates instantly with no payment method. We'll email you 3 days before it ends to ask if you want to convert. If you don't add a card, your account moves to read-only mode at trial end — no auto-charges.

Yes — anytime, both directions. Upgrades are pro-rated immediately so you only pay the difference for the remaining days. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.
Anyone in your team with access to the recruit dashboard — including you, the admin. A 5-person agency fits Team-5 exactly. Inviting a 6th colleague triggers an upgrade prompt to Team-10.

Prices are pre-tax. Canadian customers see applicable GST / HST / QST / PST added at checkout based on the billing address. Non-Canadian customers (v1) are billed at the listed price; international tax handling lands in a later release.
